I remember some years back, I saw a video of someone who got into a motor accident and the truck just mashed up his whole legs off leaving just his upper body, he was still alive. Begging people around that he would pay any amount to have them take him to a hospital and save his life.
They just stood by, watched him beg and die. Because they felt like he wouldn’t make it regardless.

In africa, if you get into a car accident and they see blood on you, people just assume you’re dead or you would die eventually so they just take videos to post later. That’s how bad it is.
