50+ Vimeo improvements in 4 months 🤩 Since January, we’ve officially released more than 50 improvements to Vimeo. Dubbing for live events… in real time? 😮 Here’s OpenAI’s new GPT-Realtime-Translate model in action in Vimeo. Those translations are happening completely live. No pre-loaded captions. Live dubbing is one of the many features we’re exploring this year... (Hopefully) more soon. But in the meantime, we just had to show you! Bravo @OpenAIDevs 👏

We've added real-time progress bars when optimizing videos, with the option to cancel or retry if something’s off-track. Introducing the new Vimeo Profile page—rebuilt to show your work at its best 🎨 After launching simplified video reviews last week, we’re back with another major update... This time, we've rebuilt the Vimeo Profile page from scratch. Here's what's new: 🎨 A design that keeps your work front and center 🔢 Automatic sorting so you control what viewers see first 🔁 Looping thumbnails to preview your work 🌙 Dark mode for viewers 📹 More videos visible on first load 🗂️ Cleaner section creation To view your new profile page in Vimeo, click your profile picture in the top right, then click View profile under your name.

Download videos in their original quality 💎 We added a new shortcut to enable original quality downloads, straight from the ••• menu. When downloading a video, click Keep source files available, then select Keep source video files.
