Currently working intensively on an enhanced second edition of this book - first published by @ciceronepress in 2008. Primarily it seeks to inspire those new to the high adventure and impressive mountain character of the Lake District. The antidote to bagging the Wainwrights.

Few from the 21 mile #ullswaterway yesterday. What a fantastic long(ish) distance walk this is. Well signposted and good paths. We stayed at the @TheQuietSite as our base camp which actually on the trail. I Would highly recommend both the walk and accommodation 👌
