Detectives Ryan Giuffre and Anthony Manetta responded to a call saying a man, Anthony Griffin, had randomly slashed 3 victims with a machete in a terminal connected to Grand Central Station. Giuffre asked Griffin multiple times to drop the knife before he retreated back down the stairs and towards the platform.
