“Terrorizing.” I know exactly what you are, buddy. Funny how they got all those social services but youth unemployment is still higher than the national average. In fact, DC had a Black unemployment rate upwards of 8% last year. Maybe your reporting should focus on why Black kids, especially Black males, are systematically excluded from the economy. Would be a better use of your time and energy.
