بيان صادر عن وزارة الخارجية الأربعاء 8 أبريل 2026 تعرب وزارة الخارجية عن إدانة واستنكار دولة الكويت الشديدين للهجمات التي شنها الاحتلال الإسرائيلي واستهدفت عدداً من المناطق في الجمهورية اللبنانية الشقيقة، وتسببت في سقوط مئات الضحايا من القتلى والجرحى من المدنيين الأبرياء، في انتهاكٍ صارخٍ للقانون الدولي والقانون الدولي الإنساني وقرار مجلس الأمن رقم 1701. وتحذر الوزارة من استمرار هذه الاعتداءات باعتبارها تصعيداً خطيراً وانتهاكاً لسيادة لبنان وأمنه واستقراره، وتقويضاً للجهود الدولية الرامية إلى الحد من التصعيد وإحلال السلام في المنطقة. وتجدد الوزارة دعوتها للمجتمع الدولي، ولا سيما مجلس الأمن، إلى الاضطلاع بمسؤولياته واتخاذ إجراءات فورية وحازمة لردع هذه الاعتداءات، وإلزام سلطات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي باحترام قرارات الشرعية الدولية والمواثيق ذات الصلة. كما تجدد الوزارة تضامن دولة الكويت الكامل مع لبنان الشقيق، ودعمه للحفاظ على أمنه واستقراره وسلامة أراضيه.
