This is straight-up infrastructure for a surveillance state. They sold it as a free 9-month pilot for safety, but once the drones and data systems are in place, it never stays limited. Residents are right. This is not public safety, it is control. Oakland County just voted to watch its own people instead of actually securing the streets. Next they will expand it, integrate AI, and suddenly every backyard BBQ is suspicious. Real concerns about privacy, data ownership, and mission creep. Time to push back hard.

Dom Lucre said he posted 100 times in a week. Now that the money’s gone, so are the stolen clips every 15 minutes. Funny how fast “content creators” disappear when the $ do. Imagine if monetization disappeared entirely—this platform would look very different overnight.

Back in my day, we had to earn our audience! We'd sit there for hours, typing out our own thoughts with two fingers on a typewriter that weighed more than my first truck. No stealing videos from TikTok, no slapping a big red '🚨BREAKING' on yesterday's weather report just to farm some clicks. Now look at these lazy so-and-sos! Posting 100 times a day, ripping off other people's clips like it's their God-given right. Flooding the whole damn timeline with the same recycled garbage every 15 minutes ‘LOOK AT THIS!' '🚨ALERT!' while real folks trying to say something original get buried under the slop. And they're getting paid for it? Paid! With our ad money! Back when I was young, if you wanted money you worked for it. You didn't sit on your backside hitting 'repost' and calling yourself a 'content creator.' Content? That's what comes out the back of a cow! Well, good for Nikita and the X folks finally growing a spine. Cutting their payouts down to 60%, then another 20%? About time! Next they'll dock the habitual '🚨BREAKING' screamers who couldn't break a sweat in a sauna. These frauds will vanish faster than free beer at a union picnic once the checks dry up. The timeline will finally breathe again real thoughts, real creators, real conversations instead of this bot-like spam farm. Kids these days... no respect for originality. Get off my lawn and take your stolen clips with you!

Sometimes about reach and visibility, about the inferior Iphone getting all the app updates before the obviously superior Android (still waiting on some of those features @xai ) But truth is I love it here. All aggregators had their payouts reduced to 60% this cycle. We will add another 20% deduction in the next cycle. It became abundantly clear: flooding the timeline with 100 stolen reposts and clickbait everyday crowded-out real creators and hurt new author growth. The next step is to assign a permanent deduction to habitual bait posters who use “🚨BREAKING”on every post. X will never infringe on speech or reach—but we will not compensate for manipulation of the program or our users.
