@kelvz8@AirCanada Would you be able to keep us updated? I have a flight in March there too but @AirCanada has been slow to respond and their call queue is really long.
@AirCanada I have a flight to Seoul by the end of March. Will the airline waive the fee if I cancel it because of CDC Alert Level 3 on South Korea for coronavirus outbreak.
@Hughsky85@AirCanada It really isn’t that hard @AirCanada. Advisories are high for all these countries and profits are not as important as your customer’s safety and losing potential future business/referrals
@AirCanada seriously Air canada? You guys updated change of date policy to Korea on your website and tools it down and only +/- 7 days are free of change? This is such shameful business move you guys just did.
@rapgodkimlip@TravelGoC@AirCanada It doesn’t make sense that you put an advisory up for Italy when Korea is the second largest country with cases. Please make it available for your customers to protect themselves and cancel/refund those flights
@TravelGoC Are you going to suspend flights so that COVID is not spread back to Canada/US from South Korea? I would like my money back from @AirCanada as I do not want to travel into Korea in March!
#SouthKorea: The spread of #COVID19 is ongoing in the country. Take precautions against respiratory and other illnesses. Check our Travel Health Notice for more info: ow.ly/zOG950yupTw
@HayoungSJ@AirCanada@AirCanada there are a lot of people including myself that are not comfortable heading to Korea at the moment. Please cancel flights and refund your customers for the health and safety of the public
@AirCanada Please cancel your flights to South Korea! You are aiding in the spread of the virus. South Korea is on the highest alert right now and CDC also raised the warning level to the highest level (Level 3). South Korea has way more confirmed cases than Italy!! CANCEL PLS
