Parenthood has made me reassess every relationship i've had in my life. Especially with my own parents. Seeing how difficult it can be can make you cut your parents some slack. On the contrary, if you succeed for your kiddos in a way you feel your parents didn't, that can have an opposite effect. Anyone else out there felt this?
