Think of Exchange OS as two coordinated layers: • X Layer EVM is the root of trust. Deposits, withdrawals, and staking remain fully onchain, ensuring no centralized operator controls user assets. • X Layer TradeZone is the performance engine, enabling millisecond matching, 300K TPS throughput, and gas-free execution. For Outcome Markets, a designated third-party oracle resolves each match result at settlement and closes all positions at once, no continuous price feeds needed. Both layers remain synchronized through the protocol's native state synchronization architecture. (2/3)
