Zimbabwe’s higher education system is guided by complex legal frameworks, yet many students lack access to this knowledge, affecting representation & advocacy. Through SAFRAP (with COST & ZILSA), participants unpacked governance, SRC roles & student rights.

Yesterday marked the start our 2-day workshop on legal frameworks governing higher education in Zim bringing together student leaders, educators & legal practitioners. The aim was equipping young people to engage with the systems shaping their institutions.

Access to finance remains the biggest barrier between youth & Zimbabwe’s economic transformation. At #ZITF2026, the Youth in Business Forum pushed solutions, collateral registry, youth-focused finance & a $1M fund. Financial inclusion needs collective action. Youth must lead.
