Reads like cope..."Please daddy Trump, pump my shares". He is telling us that the default path right now is NOT GOOD for FNMA common shareholders.

Nice summary. I don't get the takes that the US and Israel are losing this war. Before it started, I talked with several leftist Jews. Their expectation was that war with Iran would result in catastrophic damage to Israel. Nothing close to that happened. From here, the USA can decide just how many years or decades to set back Iran. We can destroy their entire ability to money money by blowing up Kharg Island. We could take out their electricity infrastructure. Even if we don't do either of those, Iran is set back many years already. They pose no real threat to the outside world during this time, and if they rebuild the same way, it would be easy for a future president to repeat the same thing. We've also rolled the dice on regime change. We have no idea what we'll end up with, but there's a solid chance it could be considerably better than the status quo. It's hard to see it being any worse, at least for non-Iranians. Even if they resume trying to get nuclear weapons, that's what we had before anyway, which is already the worst possible outcome for the free world. Israel now have much closer relations with the good half of the middle east. Lebanon has officially outlawed Hezbollah. The Houthis are no longer blocking Suez. And finally, the fact that this was published in Al Jazeera is itself telling about the long term damage that Iran has caused itself. Populations don't forget having missiles launched at their homes, and that the rest of the middle east's hatred of Iran isn't going to normalize for at least decades. aljazeera.com/opinions/2026/…

I can’t believe it’s been 10 years. I remember when he was brought home in Trump’s first term. I will never forget his mother saying, “His bottom teeth looked like they had been rearranged with pliers.” He was basically braindead when they saw him again. I don’t even want to think about what he endured

“Did you listen anon?” This has to be one of the most revolting and subversive things that I keep seeing from popular fintwit accounts. It’s either a hubristic ego flex or an opportunistic tactic… either way it is not rooted in any virtuous cycle of investing.

If anyone in Warren's team is reading this...

Look, it’s pretty simple. There’s a huge budget shortfall caused by the Adams admin. There are looming federal cuts to the city. You can either raise taxes on the rich or you can cut vital city services that impact New Yorkers tangibly on a daily basis. Mamdani wants to tax the rich. The state legislature wants to tax the rich. The voters (54-29 statewide, per Siena) want to tax the rich. The only person standing in the way of taxing the rich is Gov. Hochul. The only one who would be responsible for cuts to things like trash collection, public safety, housing, education, public health services, parks, libraries, and god knows what else is Gov. Kathy Hochul. Sometimes the right thing to do and the politically smart thing to do are one and the same. This is one of those times. Just tax the rich.
