
On behalf of Council, Mayor Ruimy extends the City of Maple Ridge’s sincere gratitude to Superintendent Adam Gander for 25 years of dedicated service to Maple Ridge.
His leadership, professionalism, and commitment to public safety have made a lasting impact on our community. From his early days as a new officer at the detachment to serving as Officer in Charge, he has demonstrated integrity and compassion. His collaborative approach has been instrumental in advancing many initiatives to strengthen the safety and well-being of our community.
As Adam begins his well-earned retirement, we wish him and his family all the best.
The process to appoint a new Officer in Charge is underway. In the interim, the detachment will be led by its experienced senior leadership team, ensuring continued service and community safety.
