The recent payout delays were the result of a perfect storm of several major factors/initiatives happening at once: We have been updating internal systems and external integrations for the new dashboard, implementing enhanced due diligence and stronger identity verification and fraud checks, adding more advanced risk analysis to detect deceptive trading and gaming behavior, and building new connections and integrations for the trading platforms we’ll be announcing very soon (this is going to be BIG news) All of this work is designed to strengthen the platform, improve security, and support what’s coming next.
