It may be frustrating to see Foundation potentially taking its last breath. But we have to understand that these moments are often necessary to make space for something new. Platforms like Foundation were truly innovative at the start. They changed the perception of digital art and ownership, allowing us to build communities around creative culture. They truly laid a foundation for us all. Unfortunately, that foundation wasn't strong enough to last. We witnessed too much greed, speculation, and fabricated hype. Yet, it stretched our minds as creatives, collectors, and innovators. Whether Foundation lives or dies, we had the privilege to experiment in the art world like never before. The human desire to connect through art will never fade. Now there is a massive opportunity to lay a new foundation for art and community. We can now learn, evaluate, adjust, and build from a more mature perspective.
