For Muslims who are not at Hajj, many of us fast this day because it is a day of mercy & reflection I’m currently fasting, and we are praying 🙏 The best thing to say on this day for Muslims: لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ، وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ "There is no god but Allah alone, with no partner. Two projects I’ve been watching closely lately are @EfdotStudio and @ZelijOrigins. Both projects are very different, but they have one thing in common: -real artists building with real passion, culture and creativity. @EfdotStudio is led by Efdot, a Brooklyn-based artist, muralist, illustrator and creative director. Before joining Web3, he already worked with big brands like Nike, Apple, Coca-Cola, Google, Topps, Hypebeast and the NY Knicks. One interesting fact about him: Efdot is colorblind, but his art is still known for bright colors and his famous “Blob” characters. That makes his work even more impressive to me. What I like about EfdotStudio is that it feels more like a real art studio than a normal NFT project. The project focuses on both physical and digital art and the community is a big part of the journey. Efdot also shares a lot of his creative process and stays close to collectors and holders. Some of his known works include: • Interconnected • Open Minds • Hidden Parks • Several 1/1 artworks and collaborations on Foundation, OpenSea, Nifty Gateway, and Manifold. And there’s more coming soon: • GLiFS launching June 3, 2026 • His first fully onchain Art Blocks collection expected around June 16, 2026. Then there’s @ZelijOrigins This project is inspired by Moroccan history, culture and traditional Zelij art. The artist behind it, @ismailiwi is known for his unique style and creative way of making art, including carving murals into walls and creating detailed paintings and digital artworks. The project features 888 1/1 artworks inspired by more than 1000 years of Moroccan culture and design. The art feels rich, detailed and full of heritage, you can easily tell projects feel genuine. The artists are active, they interact with their communities, share their journey, and focus on building meaningful art. Projects like this are always worth paying attention to.
