*A few tips to help spot a live deepfake video call right now based on the latest deepfake tools available* - have the person stick out their tongue and move it around (tongue will look odd) - have the person move their head to the right & left or up & down to a far degree (it will look angular and boxy) - have the person get close to the camera and turn head far (see angular boxy side of head) - ask the person to add another person next to them in the call and have original person walk away and come back to see if deepfake flops to a second face - look for discoloration around the scalp or circumference of the face (will kind of look like unblended makeup) - look for light flickering in their hair when they move
