well, US sanctions on any country are simply illegal. so you can't "unsanction" something that's already illegal. no single country or group of countries has the right or authority to impose collective punishment on an entire nation, because of political, religious or ideological differences. countries around the world must ignore these illegal sanctions and carry on business as usual with Iran or any other "sanctioned" country, for that matter.
