if you don’t want to spend money on a game because you can already play it for free then it sorta seems like the solution is already built into your problem

@TAHK0 If this thing sells well, they’re just going to keep releasing old games for 20$. Idk how people don’t see that as a potential problem. Personally I hate rereleases, remasters snd remakes. Give me new content. Stuff like this, no matter how small, takes resources to produce

@AloePlantation @TAHK0 I’m not saying they have to cater to me. I know businesses are just looking to make money, and I know I’m going to be outvoted on this particular subject based on other fans buying. That doesn’t mean I can’t be frustrated knowing they’re just going to keep releasing old games

@AloePlantation @TAHK0 I’m frustrated the company is going to end up pushing more resources toward re releasing old content, which intrinsically takes resources away from new content. That is a very reasonable complaint. Just throwing around insults that have no application here

@CableTiVo @TAHK0 It's not an insult dude it's quite literally extremely narcissistic to say "I don't want this game to be available to all the kids that didn't grow up with it bc of the extremely small amount of resources necessary to port it over without any changes"

@CableTiVo @AloePlantation @TAHK0 It's almost zero resources. Some people use that as an argument against buying old games, but it really goes to show how harmless the whole thing is.
