Dear #CJISuryaKant, the Supreme Court needs to put its house in order on reducing pending cases (as this news clip points out, 36 years for Rs 500) rather than punish #NCERT for pointing out corruption in the judiciary which is undeniable. Please support #NJAC & end the Collegium

@MinhazMerchant How absurd that a Rs500 bribe case can drag for infinity till the accused is almost a wreck while a Rs5000 cr cash sashay in a HighCourt judges house is not even investigated,let alone suspect charged& convicted. It is time someone writes a book,not a chapter on justice in India

@MinhazMerchant @AloPal Our judiciary works to save the culprit instead of deliver justice. They don't trust police. Why? They think police is corrupt. But aren't they themselves corrupt. This has to chane. Let's start with police reforms, make them accountable and free them of political interference.

@MinhazMerchant Justice Abhay Oka stated that the Criminal Justice System of ours can itself be a punishment. So they know what the system is but can't resolve it. An external professional consulting company can do this but they won't let them in as this problem pains no one within judiciary.

@MinhazMerchant Why can't a special bench be constituted at both HCs and SC to only look into old pending cases, especially where the crime/ complaints are minor in nature? This can reduce pending cases considerably. @PMOIndia @narendramodi
