I might be able to reopen it in two months or so but for now I'd recommend unsubbing or at least making sure they aren't taking money for that sub until l can restart the account

Welp, got a reply and seems like the patreon account is deactivated for sure. Silver lining is that in two months that I might be able to restart it after messaging them, but that's still a huge heartbreaker :( Guess I'll be posting on just Subscribestar until then ;-;

@KamiNoTekken @Kevin77330Ung Hm that's odd but I won't hold my breath at any change of the account status. And I think the payment hold is just the standard procedure, they mention in their support page that they can hold funds for 28 days and then refund people.

@11_22AI @Kevin77330Ung actually when i adked support they said that essentially the payment is frozen until the issue is resolved. because, at least gor me, when i try to cancel payment it just says "i don't have an active subscribtion". so now it is still shown in my memberships, but not billed.

@Kevin77330Ung I strongly recommend unsubbing for now, I don't want people paying to an account that for all intents and purposes doesn't exist at the moment. I don't have access to the account at all otherwise I'd refund as many people as I could :(
