Leafy green vegetables can significantly increase lifespan and slow aging. Studies from Harvard and Rush University show that just 1–2 servings per day can slow brain aging by up to 11 years. In a study of 960 older adults followed for 5 years, daily leafy greens were linked to significantly slower cognitive decline, driven by nutrients like lutein, vitamin K and folate. Large-scale research also shows that nearly 400,000 adults followed for 15+ years had 11–18% lower all-cause mortality with the highest leafy green intake, especially from cardiovascular disease and cancer. A meta-analysis of 95 studies found that every 200g/day of vegetables reduces the risk of heart disease, cancer and early death, with up to 10 servings/day offering the greatest protection. Leafy greens like spinach, kale, Swiss chard, arugula, collard greens, dandelion greens, and watercress are rich in vitamins A, C, K, magnesium, folate, and lutein. They support brain health, DNA repair, blood pressure, blood sugar balance, gut microbiome, and reduce inflammation. They also protect against oxidative stress and glycation, support mitochondrial health, and activate anti-aging defenses. For best absorption, greens should be eaten with healthy fats (like olive oil, walnuts, avocado) because key nutrients (vitamins A, E, K, lutein) are fat-soluble. Leafy greens are also rich in dietary nitrates, which oral bacteria convert into nitric oxide, improving blood flow, lowering blood pressure, and reducing risk of heart attacks and strokes. Avoid harsh alcohol-based mouthwash, as it disrupts this process. Even one cup daily can improve long term health and longevity.

Anyone who has used the modern Nairobi Matatus (nganya) and subjected to the loud music will confirm this; -you felt dizzy and got migraines. -you felt drained- physically and mentally. -the music played destabilized your energy. What does that mean; -your frequency was altered by the low vibrational beat to be more receptive of the message. -your dna was edited to retain the message. -your heart and pineal gland chakras were disaligned. Music is the key to unlocking the soul, and the current generation is being fed violence, drugs, sexual indiscipline, irresponsibility...all from music. There is a reason Universal Musik is spending hundreds of millions of dollars to buy up African musicians; shutting down the drums. Drums are the backbone of African music, they are high vibrational, they elevate the soul's frequency. Wake up sheeple.

As a reader of energy, Kenyan music carries low frequency energy. Immorality, over indulgence and violence are not high vibrational acts. The beats are off too, most are tuned to the 440hz- devil frequency- instead of 432hz- love frequency. Wake up sheeple.

Who murdered Barry and Honey Sherman - owners of Canadian company Apotex - Canada's ONLY manufacturer for cheaper and more effective Hydroxychloroquine? They were brutally murdered in their home before the Covid-19 pandemic was released and Hydroxychloroquine was demonized!

🚨‼️ BILL GATES FUNDS FIRST MAN MADE SYNTHETIC BACTERIA THAT CAN DESTROY MANKIND After 15 years and 40 million dollars from Bill Gates, scientists have crossed the ultimate line. They created the FIRST SYNTHETIC SPECIES. A bacteria designed entirely on a computer with a synthetic chromosome built by humans, not nature. It is alive. It is self replicating. It grows and makes copies of itself indefinitely. Venter called it the first baby step in a biological revolution where we can custom design and reprogram bacteria. DNA is the software of life, he said. This is allegedly a foundational milestone proving life can be engineered from scratch. While everyone was distracted by vaccines and climate scares, Gates poured millions into rewriting the code of existence itself. Why does the man obsessed with depopulation now get to play God and create new organisms? Synthetic bacteria that can be programmed for anything. Fuels? Sure. But what else can these man made microbes be instructed to do once released? This is not progress. This is the elite seizing control of biology itself. Patented life. Designer microbes. The end of natural creation. The resistance must go ON CHAIN. Follow and support @DNAOnChain fighting this madness with decentralized, transparent DNA technology before they patent and control all life. WAKE UP.

Scientists hooked electrodes up to Tibetan monks during deep meditation — expecting to see relaxed, quiet brain activity. What they recorded instead stopped them cold. Gamma waves. At amplitudes never measured in any normal human brain before. Levels so high that researchers hadn't even considered them possible to sustain in a conscious person. These monks weren't just calm. Their brains were operating on a frequency that didn't exist in scientific literature until that moment. But here's the part that should make you stop scrolling. These monks weren't doing anything new. The practices they were using — the specific meditation techniques, the concentrated attention, the precise mental training — were thousands of years old. Passed down through lineages that stretch back further than most recorded history. Tibetan Buddhist traditions had been deliberately training the mind this way for centuries before a single neuroscientist existed on this planet. They didn't call it gamma wave optimization. They called it rigpa. Pure awareness. A state of consciousness so refined that the mind becomes completely still and completely alive at the same time. And somehow — without brain scanners, without electrodes, without any modern equipment whatsoever — ancient practitioners had mapped this state, named it, and built an entire technology around reaching it consistently. The monks Richard Davidson studied weren't gifted. They weren't born different. They had simply practiced. Tens of thousands of hours of the same techniques their teachers taught them, who learned from their teachers before them, going back generations. Which means someone, somewhere, thousands of years ago, figured out how to push the human brain beyond what science thought was its ceiling. And then they wrote it down. The instructions survived. The lineages survived. The practices survived. And when modern science finally caught up and pointed a machine at what these practices produce — the results were unlike anything researchers had ever recorded. Ancient people weren't primitive. They were running experiments we're only now learning to measure. ✨🙌🏾💫 © Ellevenshot
