Remember trading is the only career with unlimited compensation. We don’t spend 1000s of hours working in hopes Lisa from HR gives us more than a 2% raise. Is that 2% raise worth spending time away from family to hand in a fancy excel report that no one will read? No.

I didn’t do my after-market video because I took my dad for a preventative Ezra scan MRI. Yes, preventative MRIs do exist, and I love them. I also got him: - complex blood work with over 130 biomarkers 🩸 @function - DEXA scan - calcium score test We found some chronic diseases he wasn’t being treated for! I booked him appointments with 2 specialists, and he’s now on a treatment plan, diet, and workout schedule that will most likely add 10–15 years to his life (if not more 👀) It cost me $4,410 total, including 3 months of medications. Worth every dollar. 💵 Love you, dad 🩷

I left CA for NV last year And I'm amazed how much BETTER the services are here in NV, despite the state collecting NO income tax (vs CA's highest rate in the country) It has convinced me that CA's problem is not tax-collection. It's waste, abuse & fraud.
