You are limitless

You have options in your visualizations. You can start with how you would like to feel and then switch into what you would like to have and who you would like to be with or you can start with what you would like to have and who you like to be with and then ask how you would feel.

Meditation is when you stop thinking to try to control everything and you surrender and you let go and you allow the Universe to control everything else besides your own focus.

When you focus with the intent of trying to change the way you feel, you deprive yourself from your own power. You would never focus with the intent of losing your ability to hear, so why would you focus with the intent of numbing yourself to the way you feel?

You do not have to put in why effort in the passing of time. Time will pass, regardless of what you do or don't do. So, there is no need to focus on the passing of time, as that is just a given. What you can do is focus upon what you are doing in the present moment. The present is where your power is. You do not have power in the past or in the future, as those concepts are out of your hands.

Focus gives you control, but not necessarily the level of control that you want.

You do not have to think based on how you feel. When you understand this, then you will be free.

You can tell if someone else wants to control you or connect with you by the way they make you feel. It is only when you become so desperate that you blind yourself to this intuitive knowing.

You are limitless in the thoughts that you can choose to think. You are under no obligation whatsoever to think thoughts that are only in the range of how you feel.

There is a difference between desiring and chasing.

You will not appreciate your freedom to think for yourself if you already feel like shit.

The most disempowering belief that humankind has ever accepted is that you have to feel good in order to focus deliberately.

You do not have to put in any effort to have the Earth orbit around the sun. That is a blessing. What other blessings does the Universe have available to me that I am not taking advantage of? And am I perhaps resisting or hindering me being the recipient of those benefits because I am trying to apply effort at things that I am not meant to be putting any effort into?

You think you want to control what other people think for a very valid reason: you can feel what other people think. And since everyone in existence would rather feel good than bad and since a lot of other people think horrible things, which you can sense and feel, it is natural for you to think that if you could just control their thoughts, that then you would be able to feel good. However, in actuality, what you want is for other people to choose loving thoughts out of their own volition and you cannot control someone else and allow someone else to be free to choose at the same time, even if you could control someone else in the first place. What you want is to feel good.

Looking for love through power is like looking for a tan by traveling to Greenland. You will experience many things during a visit to Greenland, but a tan is not one of them.

You know from experience that you can neither rely on your thoughts nor on the Universe delivering to you physical manifestations for you to feel better. Therefore, you need to rely on your breath to feel better.

Your power does not give you love, unfortunately. Your power only gives you control.

After all, anger shows that you care.

You are angry at them because you were looking for love in them. But you were never meant to look for love in them in the first place.

Do not try to control the outcome, simply because you do not know the best outcome.
