Not a big deal to some. But after having flashbacks all my life of having to painfully read out infront of my school class, I achieved a little life milestone by presenting at medical teaching - on the subject of Stammering 🥰 @stammer @SouthTees @JcuhOpm A little yay to me 🎉

@ASR_RN @stammer @SouthTees @JcuhOpm A big yay to you. I feel your angst. In the 1950s the whole class + teacher laughed at me, I was made to face this horror almost daily. I remember writing down which bus stop I wanted when buying a ticket too. I’m now 74 & still shudder at the memories. I still have word blocks
