Party machinery of both Tolamul & BJP is controlled by Hindi speakers from business community: Pratik Jain on one side, Sunil Bansal on other. Neither has been heard to speak in Bangla. Pratik Jain’s IPAC hires mostly non Bengalis. Sunil Bansal’s men are also the same. Hypocrisy of Tolamul is more staggering on this of course because it makes outsider control of BJP an issue. But fundamentally both are non Bengali controlled.

One shouldn’t need a Sunil Bansal to be the defacto President of WB BJP, when you have Suvendu Adhikari in your ranks. No one has heard Bansal speak Bangla. He doesn’t even live in Bengal. Never contested elections anywhere in his life. By all metrics, Suvendu understands Bengal politics much more than a Bansal. But the real organization power must go to Bansals. This is RSS’ hatred of those they deem outsiders to their organization.
