Dude we have too many people anyway, I remember as a kid when I kept seeing articles about how bad populating was and now it’s somehow became a good thing to do so even though we literally overpopulate Earth and also the world right now is absolute hell for everyone because of capitalism and how governments operate. “Birth drop rates, looking for solutions.. xyz”. When I first got into real estate, people told me there are two things you never talk about. Politics and religion. Politics I understood. But religion?
