4 Star argument aside i think the multi billion dollar company should be able to afford to make 4 star characters of some of the less popular characters + having another character to use thats not the shiny new 5 star would be cool

Eula can't be #1. She had good usage during 1.5 to 1.6 bc the meta back then was big on nuking which she saw a lot of play. Childe shouldn't be this high either. Clocking you as someone that started playing later. Sige on the otherhand has never done anything useful ever
