CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY Modern medicine is mostly a scam, a racket set to make you sick, and once you have a chronic illness, keep you consuming meds and going to treatment, feeding a cartel owned by the cult. The flu shots and all vaccines are here to trim the sheeple. Most won't listen, but we keep trying. #flu #vaccines

🚨Assange Prophecy 🚨Assange's LAST Warning For Humanity 🚨Digital archives let them erase history with one click. 🚨The next: "Page not found." 🚨The next: "it never happened." 🚨Don't trust the cloud. 🚨Paraphrasing Orwell, Assange explains that he who controls today's internet servers controls the intellectual record of mankind. 🚨He warns us that Western governments, large corporations, and certain wealthy individuals are increasingly able and increasingly trying to remove material permanently from the historical record using sophisticated methods.

Skipping your daily nap might accelerate brain shrinkage, according to new research. A large genetic study found that people genetically predisposed to habitual daytime napping had significantly larger total brain volume,— a key indicator of healthier brain aging and lower risk of dementia. The difference was notable: habitual nappers showed brain volume equivalent to 2.6 to 6.5 years less brain aging compared to non-nappers. Researchers from University College London and the University of the Republic in Uruguay used Mendelian randomization to investigate this link. They analyzed genetic variants associated with daytime napping propensity and compared them with MRI brain scans and health data from nearly 379,000 UK Biobank participants. Because genetic variants are randomly assigned at birth, this approach helps minimize confounding lifestyle factors that often affect traditional observational studies. While the results do not definitively prove that napping directly causes larger brain volume, they provide stronger evidence for a potential causal relationship in long-term brain health. The study found no significant differences in cognitive measures such as memory, reaction time, or visual processing between the groups. However, prior research indicates that short naps (typically under 30 minutes) can improve alertness, learning, and cognitive performance in the short term. The authors note that their analysis did not measure nap duration. Overall, the findings add to growing evidence that everyday sleep habits may influence brain health across decades.
