Update: So it turns out not limping ≠ nearly recovered. I recently added supplements & nutrition to my diet and started physical therapy for some great results. My flexibility/posture is great, muscle strain almost gone & I can walk/jog/stair really well! So maybe 90% healed🤟

Update: I’m almost fully recovered now, taking physical therapy to correct my orientation but I barely have a limp anymore. I’m thinking of adding dance once I start up my routine again post recovery!
