Millions of views, hundred thousands of likes, zero clips being taken down. But when we provide proof all these are lies, they get taken down. There is 100% a campaign on X meant to hate on Messi and Argentina.

Seeing Rainbet everywhere? Here’s why you should think twice before depositing a single cent. Their license is based in Anjouan, a tiny island off of Comoros. Consumer protection is basically non existent. The reason companies choose to register there is due to the license being cheap and easy to get. There is basically no recourse for withholding money and funds, and they are not tightly regulated, audited, and insured. UKGC and MGA require proof of player fund protection, responsible gambling tools, anti-money laundering frameworks, and routine audits. Operators must also exclude players from restricted jurisdictions, which cuts into revenue. Anjouan has far fewer of these hurdles. There is SIGNIFICANT risk to depositing money into a company like Rainbet. You have NO real protection to your funds, if you win, you may struggle to get your money back. They can, make it impossible to withdraw, and all you can do is wait for their email support to get back to you. This is an unproven regulator, Anjouan relaunched selling licences in 2023. It doesn’t have a track record of defending players, and probably doesn't care. You can contrast with Malta/UK regulators, who have years of case histories where players were reimbursed. These casinos/bookmakers often run in places where they’re technically illegal (e.g. UK, Ireland, Germany). If you play from such a region, they can void your winnings at cash-out by saying “you weren’t allowed here anyway.” The company has registration and operational addresses in Curaçao (Zuikertuintjeweg, Willemstad) Rainbet, though its licence for gambling operations comes from Anjouan (Union of the Comoros), it is a walking RED FLAG. If you choose to gamble, use another company that is reputable where they won't freeze your funds and take your money off you. This is parasite marketing, Platforms like Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, Google only allow gambling ads if the operator is licensed in certain jurisdictions (UKGC, MGA, etc.). An Anjouan-licensed site can’t legally run official ad campaigns in the UK, EU, or US. Yet they still push these accounts to do so. It signals dodginess. Rainbet and similar casinos “pry off” Twitter accounts without ad links because it’s cheap, low-risk for them, and skirts platform/regulatory restrictions. But the very fact they rely on this method instead of transparent advertising is a red flag about trustworthiness. Curaçao and Anjouan are secrecy-friendly jurisdictions. They let operators register through local corporate service providers, with “nominee directors” standing in on the paperwork. That means the real beneficial owners (the people making money) rarely appear on public filings, and UBO registers exist but aren’t public. Curaçao now technically requires disclosure of “Ultimate Beneficial Owners” (UBOs), but this info is filed privately with the chamber/regulator and not visible to players or journalists. It gives plausible deniability for owners as if something goes wrong (delayed withdrawals, closed accounts), you as a player can only point to the shell company in Curaçao/Anjouan. The actual individuals behind it remain insulated. So, who owns them? RBGAMING N.V. Who owns them? There is a RB GAMING LTD based in the UK, with Robin Patrick NEILL and Ben BROOKES being owners, but this is a UK based company, and it likely RB Gaming based on their names, Robin and Ben. John Evans is named as the CEO of Rainbet, and according to Linkedin he is also the Rainbet Co-Founder. His Linkedin shows nothing apart from Rainbet, and has no broader public footprint in gambling or corporate databases. His name appears only in promotional/PR contexts tied to Rainbet. That makes it very hard to confirm if “John Evans” is: - a genuine executive, - a front/nominee figure for the company, or - even a constructed name for press purposes (not uncommon in lightly regulated spaces). Guilherme Fideles is the current Chief Operations Officer, who has worked at MMO GAMES LP, MaisBet – Sportsbook, BoglaGold. None of these exist today. BoglaGold was shut down in November 2019 because Jagex’s legal team intervened to stop one of the largest RWT sites, which was openly violating RuneScape’s rules. MaisBet doesn't have an online presence and MMO GAMES LP was officially dissolved in February 2020. He has a pattern of working for grey-market firms: His CV also includes MaisBet, Tokenbets, BoglaGold — all either defunct or grey-market businesses. MMO Games LP fits this same mould, rather than being a high-credibility company in regulated gambling. Sean R., is listed as CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) of Rainbet. A typical senior role like CMO usually appears in press or at least has a LinkedIn profile with some details on it, but his one doesn’t. Bottom line: Rainbet is an offshore, lightly regulated operator with opaque leadership and no meaningful consumer protection. Depositing money there is a gamble in itself. If you want to bet, stick to companies licensed by the UKGC or MGA, where at least your funds and rights are protected.
