Hopefully come down on appeal but that is astonishing. Burnley have successfully argued that they were relegated because Everton breached spending rules by making stadium loan interest payments.

However, there were phone calls, meetings and direct talks between Vincent Kompany/Ngumoha. As also reported by @David_Ornstein, Ngumoha became Bayern’s primary target once the Anthony Gordon deal began to collapse. #LFC Bayern are now focused on two transfers: Nathaniel Brown and Ismael Saibari.
