今年第一件重要的工作是为国内的SaaS产品部署了基于apache answer的社区支持系统,已经公告并计划周五下掉企业微信群 这个基于tailscale的服务一转眼就已经运行差不多4年了,目前稳定性已经还不错,用户和在线量也一直在稳步增长,无形中成为我自己的离不开的服务; 但维护这个产品其实还是需要花费比较多的精力的,由于产品定价一直比较低,企业微信群这种实时方式对我的工作有比较大的冲击,因此决定引入这种社区支持系统,同时也接入了AI助手,后续会通过AI助手以及更多高质量的数据源,来优化这个产品的支持能力 今年也是首次有App除了reddit贴子带来的80$峰值外,自然流量使得销售又到了40$峰值,但我最看重的,还是看到后台的app活跃度很不错,说明App还是做到了有人用这个基本原则,后续会继续根据用户的邮件和反馈以及自身所需来打磨它; 这个App即NovaAccess - Tailnet Terminal,把tailscale协议栈搞到了App里,不再有VPN冲突,它来自于国内用户常用遇到的VPN冲突,算是吃自己的狗食的产品了
