@ArcticMenthol Woah, really? 👀 I don’t know much about pre-diabetes, but I’m curious about it. Do you have to make a change to your diet as well? 🥺

I never made a post about this, but as of December 26th of last year, I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes after I went into a coma due to diabetic ketoacidosis. My blood sugar was way over 500, and my A1C was 16.8. If my parents weren’t home, I would have died. But I’m alive! 💕

@PupNugget1 Just been told today that I am pre-diabetic

Now I have a continuous glucose monitor in my arm, and I have an insulin pump in the works! During all of this, I ALSO had to change my insurance due to me turning 26 this year. Luckily, my new insurance covers MORE than my old one. And, HOPEFULLY, I will be able to start T! 🥹🙏🏼
