This is not the norm for human history. Recognize the amazing revolution that is possible. Appreciate what is happening because it absolutely affects you. That China seeks to use Iran as another North Korea-type proxy to project its power globally is not a minor detail. The destruction of the largest exporter of Islamic terror on Earth is a big deal. The elimination of people who seek destruction in the name of Islamic end times prophecy is a big deal.

China introduced the concept of "whole-process people's democracy" (全过程民主) in 2019, under Xi Jinping's leadership, aiming to rebrand China's one-party system and the Communist Party's leadership as necessary for effective governance, while simultaneously portraying it as superior to Western “chaotic” democracy.
Of course, in reality, it is an antithesis of democracy as the core elements, political pluralism, electoral competition, and protected civil liberties are all missing. The aim is to blur what democracy is and isn't, thereby making the Chinese system more appealing abroad by calling it some sort of democracy.
Party ideologist and Xi included should have a bit more pride in Chinese heritage for not to borrow a systemic theory from Europe. But then again, they borrowed Marxism-Leninism too.

Of course here in The Netherlands nobody caught onto that and so they were saying Trump is bad and his messages are confused he can't lead in a war. As if anyone in The Netherlands including our military is anywhere near able to lead anything at all. Our defence=America.

President Trump says Iran reached out for talks and that the United States has been speaking to “a top person” in Tehran. Iran denies it. But the importance of this is not only about whether the talks are real. It is also about what Trump’s words are already doing. By saying there has been contact, but not naming who is involved, Trump is creating doubt inside a leadership that is already under heavy pressure. Iran’s senior figures are in hiding. Command centres are damaged. Communication is limited. Trust is weak. In that kind of situation, a statement like this will make people ask: who is talking to Washington, and why? That doubt will not stay only at the top. It will spread down through the system, making lower ranks more nervous, more suspicious, and more unsure about what is happening. At the same time, Trump is sending a message to the markets. By talking about a possible deal and delaying strikes on major Iranian power plants, he showed that the war may not move into a more dangerous stage right away. Oil prices fell immediately. Wilders diende de motie twee weken geleden in. De tekst was kort en duidelijk: “verzoekt het kabinet Nederland te de-islamiseren”. Het voorstel kreeg steun van de PVV, Forum voor Democratie, Groep Markuszower en Kamerlid Mona Keijzer.
De meeste partijen stemden tegen de motie. Dat gold onder meer voor VVD, D66, GroenLinks-PvdA, CDA, JA21, BBB en vrijwel alle kleinere partijen. Daarmee haalde het voorstel bij lange na geen meerderheid.

In Iran, they don't sound ready to end the war on US terms.
A member of the Council for Determining Political Expediency of Iran, former commander of the IRGC, Mohsen Rezai, stated that the war with the USA will continue until Iran receives full compensation for all the losses incurred, achieves the lifting of all economic sanctions, and obtains international legal guarantees of non-interference by the USA in Iran's affairs.
Rezai also warned the USA that in the event of a strike on Iranian infrastructure, Tehran's response would be disproportionate.
“If you strike our infrastructure, it won't be an 'eye for an eye' — it will be a 'head for an eye'. You will be crippled,”
emphasized the Iranian official.
