He was definitely going to show up to mandatory mini camp. That’s all I’m going to say about that. This is not a commentary on who is right or wrong in that situation. Just making an observation. Now he gotta wait until Training camp and it’s delaying him getting out of there.

Assuming they use some of the 3 safety package stuff that the Vikings did last year, I could see Quan moving around into different spots to disguise looks. Can play deep, can play big nickel, can play in the box. They’ll value that versatility

@Poolguy702 He feels like a loner and maybe that is the problem. No allies. Like the guys don’t have an issue with him, but they not advocating for him either. Shanahan feels like the only one that advocated for him to get his money last time. Told Lynch he needed him.

@AsiasAnalysis Yeah as far as I understand that’s not correct. He’s had months to show up during the offseason and get off the “did not report” list. For roster accounting purposes the mandatory minicamp is no different than the OTAs he just skipped.
