I wonder how much potential money Call of Duty has lost out on with blueprint sales since universal camo rewards started becoming a more mainstream thing with MWIII. Not complaining or anything because camos >>> blueprints. I personally haven't cared to buy blueprints since WZ1/MW19 because the attachments on them 99% time are awful.

Modern Warfare 4 NEEDS Universal Camos like Black Ops 7 🔥

@geekypastimes @CallofDutyUK I'd imagine durability-based? single-use feels like it would tip a bit too hardcore

Having replayed all 3 reboot games recently, the overall narrative was already extremely rocky and barely connected to eachother (or in some cases a lot of story context was in MP/Post Launch stuff)
Just feels like they're there because it's called Modern Warfare and they have to be, they're really cooking with the Korea Narrative from the looks of it though
English

@Atrialic Yeah, I think there's potential for the TF141 stuff to be great, but it is clearly the most risky thing they are doing which could also mean it is the worst part if it's undercooked lol
Not sure how I feel about Ghost not siding with Price, feels out of charcter.
English

@DETONATEDcom Holy the narrative for these games is so cooked bro, should've binned anything 141 related off, none of this sounds remotely appealing, everything else looks so good as well

This is where I'm baffled at the whole virus / V1 plot, we spend arguably most of the season on two different fetch quests (that lead nowhere or were just unneeded) and we cram a bunch of ideas that could stand as their own episodes into the penultimate episode??

>Construa no trailer toda uma cena do Homelander na Casa Branca sorrindo como se tivesse dominado o País >Na verdade ele tá falando pra banir Leite de Amêndoas pro Presidente >Ele mata o Presidente dos Estados Unidos >Isso não tem real consequência em momento algum do episódio.

Funny to think there’s a ton of great ideas in episode 7 but we can’t sit with them long enough because all these ideas are just shoved into episode 7 instead of being earlier in the season
Most of the season being a fetch quest didn’t help either, so many character arcs and deaths just feel unearned despite being the logical conclusion to their arcs
All you can do is just sit and watch in disbelief at the writing lmao

The Boys Season 5 is very likely heading to a Game of Thrones level finale and its making me genuinely sad.
This season has absolutely struggled with pacing, its struggled with writing and has frankly entirely failed to feel like a final season.
Episode 7 is good in a vacuum, it has plenty of interesting character moments and drama but as THE penultimate episode of the entire series? There is simply no logical way to wrap The Boys up in a satisfying manner in one more episode, this has 0 feeling of finality in any sense so far and the constant cowardly writing that refuses to push the envelope properly continues to be a huge issue. The marketing, looking back with the destroyed Vought tower feels so misleading and it makes me so sad.
Its sad to see one of my favorite shows that had a genuinely fantastic run with Seasons 1-3 completely fumble and stumble towards its end. Maybe they aim to stretch this plot out over The Boys Mexico spin off, otherwise, I cannot possibly see this show wrap up in a satisfying way next week. Whatever they do, its going to feel rushed and unearned.
I don’t think it was hard to make a Season 3 level season with multiple major fight scenes, and character arcs wrapping up, especially with how Ryan has effectively been written out of the show despite being the most important aspect of S1-3. I am just disappointed.
