@dandago2 I fully agree on point 1. I had to unplug computer,nas, printer, extra screen, everything. Remove vnc, snapcamera and a bunch of services they did not like etc. Had mic issues and so had to call over phone and leave it on. No probs with pot 3 however ;)

Things to do after doing a certification exam: 1. put desk equipment back together. 2. Turn "Block third party cookies" back on. 3. Stop using Windows. Truly horrid experience overall; never again.
