Hey @studio_co_uk how do we get to speak to someone over the phone to make a complaint? My wife's sent 14 emails and the only response we got was when you thought it was a general enquiry. We've gone direct to the 'brand partner' and they've sent us new parts out but of course

I've hired a storage unit to house my empties because my relationship with the landlord is becoming untenable. I'll email each and every brewery I put in this unit to arrange pick up. Reminder I'm wholesale only from now on, cheers.

Beer Box is going fully wholesale from now on, I've just been slapped with a service charge off my landlord and a warning following a risk assessment. I can't store YOUR empty barrels here for longer than necessary. Any wholesalers out there hit me up, must collect on delivery.

@WishboneBrewery Sorry I didn't see this, I'm good and will be in touch soon. The beers in question were things like Guinness, Stella unfiltered and now bass. Surprised the bigger companies don't put this information on the badge.

How on earth is it not law to put the abv on pump clips/badges? Got 2 kegs on now and the customer literally has no idea what strength it is without asking the question.

Can anybody put me on to a bottle gas company? Not sure what's happening with Chorley bottle gas but since Kenny left I haven't been able to get through. Anyone else have the same problem?
