@JTLonsdale You’re one of the most respected folks in venture. A prolific investor at that. The words you say have an impact on a whole generation of investors that look up to you. Please be thoughtful on how you choose to yield that power.

I disagree that most disparity is tied to on-going racism, and with the Ibram X Kendi doctrine that we shouldn’t discuss how cultures have aspects to improve. But I realize that some perceive that as racism in our sensitive times. Will focus on positives and solutions instead.

Worth clarifying: you can be against divisive and “woke” nonsense, and I am. But we should still appreciate the positive parts of our culture and wisdom of the 21st century - that it’s important to be aware of past racism, kind, inclusive, and against actual racism of all sorts.
