@BaseMixFits I am a holder who minted 10 +20 something off OpenSea +2 of the serums   Punklets NFTs from your collection on the Base blockchain (contract address: [insert if known, e.g., from your wallet or OpenSea page; recent checks point to related activity around low-supply mints, but confirm yours]) during the public mint phase starting early March 2026. My total investment was approximately [amount in ETH, e.g., 0.0045 ETH], based on the promoted 0.0009 ETH mint price and project hype around original/derivative art, scarcity, mutant expansions, $PUNKLET token drops, and long-term ecosystem value. Within days of minting launch, the project’s official channels—Discord server, X account (@PunkletsNFT), and the artist’s X account (@tardMfer)—have been completely deleted or abandoned with zero communication or explanation. This abrupt disappearance, coinciding with ongoing minting and funds received, constitutes a clear rug pull: creators have exited with investor money while leaving holders with worthless or severely devalued assets (current floor ~0.0006 ETH or lower, with rapid volume drop-off). This is not acceptable. I demand a full and immediate refund of my mint costs (equivalent ETH sent back to my wallet: [your wallet address]) or comparable compensation within the next 7 calendar days. Failure to resolve this will force me to take further steps, including: •  Filing formal complaints with OpenSea for collection delisting and investigation as fraudulent activity. •  Reporting to Base/ Coinbase support, relevant blockchain analytics firms, and crypto scam-tracking communities. •  Coordinating with other affected holders (already emerging on X and elsewhere) to pursue collective legal action, potentially as a class action lawsuit for fraud, misrepresentation, and breach of implied contract in NFT promotions. I have preserved all relevant evidence, including transaction records, promotional materials, and screenshots of the now-deleted social channels. I expect a substantive response confirming receipt and outlining resolution steps—no generic replies. This situation damages trust in the entire NFT space on Base. Address it promptly.
