School ball is coming to a close, and you start to realize that some of these seniors I’ve played baseball with or against since I was 4 years old. Some of these guys I’ve played T ball with. And in just a few weeks…. It will be over. I won’t see them in the hall next year, I won’t see them in class, they won’t be in the clubhouse next year, they won’t be suited up to play in practice or games. They will be gone. Gone on to bigger and better things- off to different colleges around the country. Some will be playing college ball others will just be starting their next chapter somewhere else. In the end…. It’s been a great ride- proud to be your teammate and friend. Don’t take one moment for granted and on to the next chapter. Love this game.
