@Myamberleon Again, I took the vaccine. I'm playing devil's advocate because I think it's a fascinating conversation that touches on human nature (including the dark parts), incentives, vanity, etc

@Myamberleon That's valid and I think that for those reasons, most people did end up getting vaccines (I think like 80ish percent). That said, I can appreciate the distinction between following societal norms like not texting while driving, paying taxes, etc vs "inject this new medication"

@Myamberleon I think even if the standard is "I don't put anything I don't understand in my body", people will compromise that standard for vanity reasons and "dig in" when being told what to do.
