Skipping breakfast is not fasting. The less you eat for breakfast, the worse it is for your heart. HBF – high-energy breakfast (over 20% of daily calories, often 35%+), LBF – low-energy breakfast (5–20% of daily calories), SBF – skipping breakfast (5% or less of daily calories).

When it gets cold ot hot and we close all the gaps, remember the dangers of carbon dioxide. The smaller the room, the more people there are – the faster carbon dioxide accumulates. Excess in meeting rooms impairs creative abilities, and in bedrooms, it worsens sleep quality.
