my weight loss/cutting update
starting weight: 110.4kg
current weight: 107,7kg
goal: 100-101kg, very lean
i’d say im on a right track so far, tracking my food intake, every training is going well, mostly training till failure, intaking all the supplements
sleep on the other hand is a bit wacky even though i take mg bysglicinate before sleep and get about 7-8hrs of sleep every day
i assume it could be a lot of screen time before sleep so i’ll try to work on that and see if there are any differences whatsoever to my sleep
other than that everything seems to be going very well
planning to journal the whole thing for yall

@0x2aSolidityEVM exactly! many problems arise from lack of sleep. I feel much more productive and better at work when I sleep well, so it is an investment

@Ben10Defi I have greatly been suffering from insufficient sleep and i want to take it so serious this year onward because health is true wealth.

not ironically, after I started taking more than 10 vitamin capsules per day and improved my sleep quality, I feel that my anxiety decreased significantly
I can notice that when I don’t maintain this routine, I tend to become more pessimistic and anxious

Prepare for an amazing week + final food 4 hr before bed + screens off 30 min before + read for 10 min + asleep same time + morning light + exercise, even if just a bit Build these habits. Do them every day. No exceptions. In a week, it will feel easy. Vibrancy awaits.
