It never ceases to amaze me just how toxic some workplaces can be. Just when I think I’ve seen & heard it all, I see/hear something else that makes my jaw hit the floor. Thank goodness for the 1000s of delightful teams & organisations out there working positively & proactively.

If you don't enjoy spending time around children, education may not be the right path. Teaching is as much about relationships as it is about content.

Fight for people who you care about.

You are not your job. You are not your parents. You are not your credit score. You are not your school diploma. You are not the clothes you wear. You are not the size of your network. You are not your house or neighborhood. You are the sum of your words, choices and actions.
