@BethuneJeff Sorry about that - we're testing a fix today for the last remaining affected accounts!

I just got word that most players who were reset to level 1 in Minecraft Earth after playing the new Minecraft release on PS4 have had their accounts restored (levels/XP, inventory, rubies, etc). There is a small number of players still affected that we aim to fix tomorrow.

@MojangStatus I just tried to login to the Minecraft earth and nothing has changed still at lvl 1. I signed out and signed back in.

Minecraft Earth: Accounts reset to level 1 after playing Minecraft on PS4 have been reverted to their original level with restored inventories, Buildplates, and Ruby balances. We will grant 100 Rubies to affected players to thank you for your patience and understanding. - JS

Minecraft Bedrock - PS4 only: If you play Minecraft Earth, please do not link your Microsoft account to your PlayStation Network account at this time or you may lose your progress on Minecraft Earth. We are working to resolve this issue & apologize for the inconvenience. - HZ

Minecraft Earth: We have received reports that Earth players who used their Microsoft account to link to their PSN account may have lost progress/items in Earth. We are investigating this issue & will update when we know more. Thanks for your patience. - HZ
