@shirolamperouge @fortayee There's 9 houses, he's an assistant schoolteacher to the children of the village, and he has to walk past the general store every single day to get to the main road. This is not a modern day car-dependent society where everybody whizzes past, it's less than a city block.

@shirolamperouge @fortayee And if you say "Well that's a ridiculous comparison", to that I'd say just look at Hateno Village in TOTK where more than half the NPCs don't even know Link exists even though he's been living there for 5 YEARS.

@shirolamperouge @fortayee If it's the same world with the same characters on the same map a few years after the first game, then I care. This would be like playing Ocarina of Time 2 and half the Kokiri say "Wait, uh... who's this guy again?" even though they've lived next to Link for years.

@BioDomeWithPS @fortayee Several NPCs do recognize Link though, as you have shown in your graph. Most of these NPCs have had Link show up one day and help them out, that doesn't really mean they'll remember him in any detail a few years later. It's fine

@fortayee It's the fact that nobody remembers you, the Shiekah tech/Guardians completely disappearing with no ruins, and that pretty much everything's exactly the same as you left it in BOTW. There's asset reuse and then there's straight up asset removal

@fortayee Stole this from a guy named CaptBurgerson on YT, but tl;dr only ~60 NPCs in TOTK explicitly know who Link is from BOTW, with a majority of those NPCs being MSQ required from BotW. It's just weird when pretty much everybody you helped out in BOTW doesn't remember you at all.

@Lons They use Citizen Kane because they saw stupid people before them use Citizen Kane to describe yucky 'artsy fartsy' films that tell a story that could maybe make them feel something and not just a colorful excuse to sell $50 popcorn tins.

@SYACVG I'm honestly excited for Intergalactic but the idea of them spending 6 years and $100+million on remaking a game that you can play right now and looks fine remastered is gonna drive me up the fucking wall. Games have been around for only 50 years and we're already out of ideas.

@UltimaShadowX I still think it would've been cool if there was a bunch of Shiekah tech and material repurposed for towns and cities used in the rebuilding process in TOTK. Maybe a brand new town made entirely out of old Shrines/Guardians. Something little to tie in to BOTW

@bsqt__ I'm no pro player, but maybe a nerf to metal skin where damage reduction is reduced on bullet damage from ult sources from 100% to like 65% or something. I think if an ult requires you to expose yourself to the enemy team it shouldn't be so easily negated without a stun/KD

Haze ult, like many things currently in the game, is a relic of the past and needs to go. Id need to think pretty hard on how to rework it, but it’s incredibly unfun to play into, especially with how overtuned it is currently +Metal Skin/CC/Disarms aren’t real counterplay into it

Nothing is guaranteed, if the creators fail or blow the wad then that's between them and you. Only give money you're willing to never see again.

@NinEverything Isn’t this a kickstarter project? If they don’t issue refunds or switch 2 codes at the very least they’re about to face some legal problems. Kickstarter protects devs but only if they deliver something to replace the original promise, especially if enough people report them.
