Cuidado con la resolución de un juego pixel art. No lo hagas tan alta o será agotador para los artistas. El pixel tiene que verse, y con ello una serie de reglas visuales bajo el brazo; no ocultarse ni diseminarse entre detalles y resoluciones tan finos. Para eso ya está el HD.
