The combine pull this weekend is part of the Boissevain Fair! Entrance into the fair costs $10 per adult, $5 for kids, and age 5 and under is free! Here’s a list of all the other activities there are to enjoy this weekend!

This Sunday! Bring some friends and see if you can pull a combine by hand! Proceeds go to help cover inputs for our growing project field! Kids and solo races too!

Thanks to everyone who came out for harvest yesterday! The field yielded 56.5 bu / acre! Amazing to see our community come together to help #endhunger. We had 8 combines, 2 carts, and 11 trucks take off the field. We are very grateful for everyone who participated!

Today we reached our fundraising goal for the year! All 300 acres have been sponsored at $50/acre to help cover the cost of our inputs. The vast majority of those acres were sponsored in memory of Buck Neufeld. We will miss having him there tomorrow for harvest day.

We have a fundraiser going this year where you get a chance to win a prize package valued at $400 when you sponsor an acre for $50. If an acre sponsored in Buck’s memory is selected, the prize package will be given to his kids.

Had an amazing harvest crew show up today at the BMW field. 11 combines, 11 trucks, and 1 grain cart took off 300 acres of canola in 2.5 hrs! Yielded 50 bu/acre.
